Shipping Details 

 Basic Solid Bow Boxes Ship out the Last Week of the Month beginning on Monday.

Payment Details 

• Subscribe from the 1st - 20th of the Month & your box will ship out the Last week of the next month (20th of The Month is the deadline for the Next Months Boxes to Ship)

• You will be charged at the time of your 1st order & then every month there after on the 20th

• You may cancel or skip a month at anytime, just log in to your account and manage your subscription box. Orders must be canceled 10 days before the next charge. Just Log into your account at www.ibowz.com and click on your subscription and click cancel or pause. Email if you have any questions at cs@ibowz.com

Processing Time: Each Product has a Shipping Time Frame

Normal all orders will be processed and shipped around 2.5 weeks Unless it's A preorder that is Listed on the Item. If you order a Preorder and A short process time Order, your order will ship at the Preorder Time Frame.

All items are custom handmade; therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or returns. If we make an error, please contact us within 48 hours via chat button on website and we will correct it. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. iBOWZ is not responsible for delays or lost packages after they are with USPS. Please contact your local post office for assistance.
